- South African Citizen
- Aged between 18 - 35 years
- Currently unemployed and not previously participated in a Business Administration NQF Level 4 learnership
- Completed Matric / post-matric qualification
- Residing in Gauteng and able to travel to the workplace in Sunninghill, Sandton
- Preference will be given to candidates from previously disadvantaged backgrounds and persons living with disabilities
